Go to www.offervault.com and sign up. Enter any keyword that comes to mind that has a list of leads for The Lead Portal. Once you find the offer you want, click on the CPA Network associated with the offer.
How do I get approved by a CPA Network?
Don't be intimidated by joining a network. Your phone is your best device to get approval. Watch The Lead Portal webinar about CPA Network approval here. One of the best ways to get immediate approval from what I found in my experience is to tell them what offer you are specifically looking to promote, and that you are ready and have the traffic RIGHT NOW to promote it.
Affiliate Managers are motivated that way - as they make money when affiliates make money.
I was denied by a CPA Network... what now?
Two options. One, move on... sometimes the people running the approvals aren't that smart from what I found in my experiences. Two, re-apply as it shows your interest & persistance. Besides, there are plenty... plenty of networks out there. I wouldn't get hopped over it.
